Greensboro Power Strength is a new fitness concept introduced in Greensboro, aligning with the latest fitness industry trends and exercise science research. The program is designed to evolve with the community's needs and growth.

  • Duration: 45-minute group strength training classes.

  • Focus: Upper body, lower body, or total body workouts.

  • Equipment: Utilizes body weight, bands, and dumbbells.

  • Variety: A series of 4 unique workouts created monthly by Certified Coaching Staff.

  • Holistic Approach: Sister studio to Greensboro Power Yoga, aiming for total mind and body fitness and wellness.
