Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use class passes at both studios? Yes! You will absolutely be able to use any class pass or drop-in at both studios. However, as of June 19, Mindbody is still in the process of merging the Yoga & Strength systems. As a result, passes are not yet available at both studios so please email us here and we will be happy to take care of you!

Is there a combined unlimited membership for both studios? Yes! We're offering a founding member special through the end of June for only $189/month. Beginning July 1, unlimited membership at GPY and GPS will be available for $239/monthly auto-draft. Email us here to upgrade your membership today.

Is there an unlimited membership at GPS? Absolutely! You get unlimited Power Strength classes for $135 per month.

Can I use my current GPY membership at both studios? No. The current GPY Unlimited Membership is only for yoga classes held at GPY.

What if I want to keep my current membership at GPY but also want to take classes at GPS? If you are not interested in upgrading to a combined unlimited membership, we highly recommend a 10 class pass ($169) for supplementing your Power Yoga with Power Strength.

Why do I have to pay more for these classes? With the expansion of another studio comes a dedicated space, additional equipment, more class times, new teachers and most importantly, the development of a highly specialized and custom programming created by the one and only Melissa Howe.

Where is the new studio located? 402 State Street is one block east of GPY (away from Elm and towards Church). Facing the entrance, eBike Central is on the right and State Street Wine Company is on the left.

Where will I park? You may park in the same State Street parking lot that many of you already use. There is also a secondary parking lot behind the 400 section of buildings on State Street.

Are classes heated? Power Strength classes are not heated.

Will more classes be added to the GPS schedule? Absolutely! Our goal is to have a full schedule at both studios. For now, we are starting off with an average of 2 classes per day. If you have a class time preference, please let us know and we will keep it in mind as the schedule develops over time.

I am a member and store my mat at GPY, how will I get it for these classes? We have all the equipment you will need, including mats so no need to bring your own.

Is there a shower? There is a changing room and bathroom but no shower at this time.
